Since it uses the non-contact method where the iris pattern is recognized by auto-focus camera at a distance of 8-25m, it does not cause resistance to use, and it can identify a person within 2 seconds.
 
This was introduced from the fact that each individual has unique pronunciation, intonation and speaking habits.
Voice transmitted through the phone or microphone is analyzed to search the nearest match.
One of the advantages over other biometrics is that individuals can be identified at remote places using the phone.
